1. Provider and scope
FarmSimBot (the Discord bot and the panel at farmbot.simutools.de) is provided by the provider named in the legal notice. These terms apply as soon as you set up the bot on a Discord server, sign in to the panel or subscribe to Premium. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.
2. What FarmSimBot offers
FarmSimBot is a Discord bot for Farming Simulator 25 servers. It shows the status of your game server, reports joins and new mod versions, and offers, among other things, a level system, games, birthdays, a welcome system, a live map and an application system. It is set up through a panel. The available features are listed on the home page. Some features are only available with Premium.
3. Requirements
You may only set up the bot on servers that you are allowed to manage. You follow the terms and guidelines of Discord. You are responsible for making sure that your members' data is only processed as far as your server is legally allowed to, and that you inform them about it (see the privacy policy).
4. Acceptable use
You must not abuse, overload or disrupt the service, circumvent restrictions or Premium limits, add unlawful content or content that infringes the rights of others (for example in the bot picture, the map image or texts), use the bot for harassment, spam or fraud, or use credentials that do not belong to you.
5. Your settings and content
You are responsible for the settings, texts, images and credentials you store in the panel. You only enter credentials of a dedicated server for servers that you are allowed to operate yourself. They are stored encrypted. You allow us to store and display your content as part of the features, for example in Discord.
6. Premium
Premium (Supporter and Community) is a monthly subscription through Patreon or Stripe. It renews automatically until you cancel it at Patreon or in the Stripe customer portal. The panel lists which features and how many servers a plan includes. Discount offers and codes only apply in the stated period and for the named plan. When a subscription ends, the Premium features stop; the basic features remain available.
7. Right of withdrawal for consumers
If you are a consumer, you have the statutory rights of withdrawal. If the service starts immediately at your request after you subscribe, the right of withdrawal may expire under the statutory conditions. Payment and refunds are handled by Patreon or Stripe.
8. Availability and changes
We aim for reliable operation but cannot guarantee permanent availability. The service depends on third parties such as Discord, your game server and the mod database. Features may change, be added or be discontinued. For Premium we announce significant restrictions in good time.
9. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the service at any time by removing the bot from your server. The stored data of the server is then deleted after 30 days (see the privacy policy). In case of violations of these terms we may exclude servers or users from the service.
10. Liability
We are liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the Product Liability Act. In cases of slight negligence we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations, and then limited to the foreseeable, typical damage. For the free features we are only liable for intent and gross negligence. You and your team are responsible for content, settings and actions on your server.
11. Trademarks and independence
FarmSimBot is an independent project and is not affiliated with GIANTS Software or Discord. “Farming Simulator” is a trademark of GIANTS Software. Other names and trademarks mentioned belong to their owners.
12. Privacy
How we process data is described in the privacy policy.
13. Changes and applicable law
We may change these terms when the service or legal requirements change. The version published here applies. German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
